Refund & Dispute Policy
We want every Butler customer to be satisfied. If you are not happy with a service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your completed service. We will review your case and, if appropriate, issue a full or partial refund. To request a refund or discuss a dispute, email us at info@butler.services or use our contact page.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a partial charge to compensate for lost time and scheduling.

Return Policy
As Butler provides home services (not physical goods), returns are not applicable. For any issues related to your service, please see our refund policy above.
Legal Restrictions
Butler only operates in compliance with all applicable local and state laws in Utah. We do not provide services that require special licensing or are otherwise restricted by law.
Terms & Conditions of Promotions
Any promotional offers or discounts are valid for new customers only, unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
